These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by VELTIS CONSULTING LIMITED (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a company registered in Ireland, offering Project Management, Cost Management consultancy services and Engineering support.
Services
We provide project management, cost management consultancy services and engineering support as outlined in our service agreements or statements of work. Our services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials provided to you. You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Either party may terminate these Terms with written notice if the other party breaches any material provision and fails to cure such breach within 30 days of receiving notice. Upon termination, you shall pay all outstanding fees for services rendered up to the date of termination.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of our services or breach of these Terms.
Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
