IT Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong foundation in Product Management and a successful track record in project delivery. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience delivering IT and software projects, with added exposure to telecom and digital product environments. You will play a key role in bridging business and technology teams to ensure product value is delivered efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery for IT and software products, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to define product goals, scope, and roadmaps that align with business objectives.
  • Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritise features, and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects in both telecom and software domains.
  • Support Agile practices such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and stand-ups; adapt to hybrid or waterfall methodologies as needed.
  • Drive the creation and maintenance of key project documentation: project plans, status reports, risk registers, and change logs.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors, internal technical teams, and business users.
  • Monitor project and product KPIs to ensure outcomes are delivering business value.
  • Facilitate product launches, go-to-market plans, and post-implementation reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with internal governance and security standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in IT project management.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in product management or working closely with product teams.
  • Proven ability to manage and deliver complex IT/software projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Exposure to both telecom and software product lifecycles, including customer-facing and internal systems.
  • Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or other project/product management platforms.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, and traditional project delivery methodologies.
